dyeing my hair purple

So I dyed my hair purple, I wanted to ombre it but it would have to be permanent so I just put a purple tint to it and I really like it I have already bought blue for when this comes out i've washed it once and maybe ruined a towel but trying to dry my hair on a nice new white towel that now has 3 big pink strips of dye over it sorry mum, but now it looks red and I love it.  

Christmas and new year

Hey everybody I hope you all had a great Christmas and a Happy New Year I can't believe it's already 2016.  I had a great Christmas I went to see Ed Sheeran with my mum for my Christmas present and it was awesome the opening acts were Passenger and Rudimental and they were both great we didn't really have time to look round Auckland because we were only there for 2 days and our flight the second day was at 7:30 until jetstar delayed it until 9 so we did a bit of shopping took a boat over to a little village walked along the beach got the boat back and got on a bus to the air port when we got to the airport we saw that our flight was delayed until 10:25 it was then delayed to 10:30 then to 11:05 so instead of landing back in christchurch at around 9 we landed at about 1 *note to self never fly with jetstar again*

Christmas Day was good we opened our presents and then went over to our friends house for Christmas lunch I think mum was happy to not have to cook then we went to the beach and played in the sea I don't thing I'll ever get used to playing on the beach on Christmas day. 

New Years was also really good we went on a caravanning holiday with our family and family friends who have a son who is my brother Joes age, to a place called Kaiteriteri which is the very top of the south island and takes about 6 hours to get there.  It was beautiful golden beaches and kayaks and paddle boards to hire I did both but paddle boarding was the best it's not as easy as it looks I fell of 4 time twice because I was trying to stand on one foot the was other because I was trying to flip Joe off and fell off myself and they last time because as I said its not as easy as it looks.  New years eve we went out to dinner with our friends and then went to see the fireworks on the beach they were awesome.  The next night we celebrated my going for a 9 o'clock swim in the sea luckily we were allowed to borrow a torch from the one of Joe's friends as it was a 15 minute walk back to the camp. we had to go the next day unfortunately  but we stayed a night with my friends at their bach in kiakoura but we left the next day because it was raining.

School prize giving

It is finally the end of the school year YAY although I am sad to see some of my friends go off to high school I am really exited for next year. 

We had our school prize giving where the Board Of Trusties give there annual speech as well as the head teacher and the choir and other in school activity's show you what they have been doing all year.  They also (in case you haven't guessed) give out prizes for each year group the prizes include: Digging deep award, arts award, sports award, diligence, maths, English, science and many more they also announce the next years student council.  This year I was lucky enough to not only win the Arts award for my dance in the school production but also make the student council again.

Dance bag

I was looking through the photos that I took at tech fest and found a photo to a website where you can create your own bags ,tops ,drink bottles, etc so I decided to make a dance bag cause well I love dance.  It has many different things to put on the chosen item art work, text and colours lots of colours.  I hope you go and have fun designing lots of items.

!!!!EVERYTHING!!!!

So I have had a lot on lately.  I've had my school production it went ok no one forgot there lines which is good I did my dance and the first time I did it my glasses fell off and the second time I did it my wig was hanging around the back of my neck for the hole dance.  I was the narrator who was an elderly version of the main character Sandy Smith I did awesome with all my speaking parts. I now have a tap competition in November were I will do 3 dances, a slow, which is my newest one, a solo and a song and dance which means I have to sing at the beginning and dance at the end I love that dance because its a 60s theme and its very musical theatre.  I got through to the semi finals in netball which is awesome I'm in the C team with 2 of my best friends which is fun, our coaches are 2 year 12s from the local high school and they are really good and funny we won our last 2 game the first one 21-7 to us and last week was 15-14 to us I play GD (goal defence) and GK (goal keep) but last week I had to play shoot because we had 2 players missing so we all had to play the full game but the 2 people who couldn't make it were our only shooters.  I also have a sports tournament next week at school I was going to play netball but when my teacher went to enter our team in all the spaces were gone so I had to play volleyball, its not as easy as it looks we are doing ok and luckily we have a coach who actually knows what there doing.  I think that's all I've been doing lately I'll update after the tournament and competition and with anything else I'm doing.

Hey guys I'm sorry I haven't been updating for a while but I have been very buzzy.  I've had a school production and I am one of the leads the show is tomorrow I'm so nervous because I have a dance and 2 big bits of speaking and 3 little bits.  I also have my contemporary exam in October and a charity event 2 days after where I'm doing a really cool ice themed dance were we have 2 long pieces of fabric that we twist around things (if that makes sense).  I have a ballet exam in November (its so soon).  Its been chaotic at school and we haven't done any proper work in ages because we have just been doing straight run through of the play.  Ill update after the production to tell you how it went

I'm in England YAY, I have come back to England for 3 and a half weeks, I've been staying at my Nan and Granddads house for a couple of days now but I will be staying at friends houses for a night or 2 every once in a while.  The plane journey was horrible, because I live on the other side of the world from England it takes 24 hours to fly here.  We stopped twice on the way over once in Auckland for 1 hour and once more in Hong Kong for 1 hour or what was meant to be an hour the plane was delayed and we had to wait in Hong Kong for 2 hours (I think) the flight from Honk Kong to London was horrible because I was in the middle between a stranger and my mum and the seats were really uncomfortable I watched part of the maze runner it was okay but it wasn't really my kind of movie then I watched Harry Potter and deathly hallows because I love that movie I've seen it loads of times but I still love it, then I watched a bit of 22 jump street but didn't really like it finally after that I fell asleep.  I've been in England for 5 days now and I've been to my home town / little village and I've been to my old dance studio for 3 lessons I went for tap, jazz, and contemporary and I'm going back on Thursday for ballet and street dance.  I'm also going to a holiday camp that we used to go to every summer for the day and my all time favorite thing Harry Potter world!!!!!!!! I will have to blog about that when I get back to NZ because we are going there on our last day in England.
